Developed for direct-to-substrate digital printing, signage, and display applications, this aluminum composite panel (ACP) combines aluminum face sheets on both sides with a polyethylene core. Its smooth, flat, and consistent printing surface supports high-quality rigid-panel printing, while the panel can be cut, routed, and formed to meet different project requirements. This digital printing ACP is usually applied in signage, commercial displays, exhibition graphics, retail environments, and interior decoration.

Compared with standard decorative ACP, this digital printing grade places greater emphasis on surface flatness, uniformity, and ink adhesion to meet the requirements of rigid-substrate digital printing and subsequent fabrication. Aluminum face thicknesses of 0.20 mm and 0.30 mm are available.

The printing surface supports UV-curable and solvent-based inks, helping achieve strong ink adhesion and longer-lasting printed graphics for outdoor and other demanding applications.
