Aluminum composite panels are new decorative materials consisting of two thin coil-coated aluminum sheets bonded to a non-aluminum core, abbreviated as ACP and ACM. Since the core is made of polyethylene (PE) or Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF, the ACP is also called PE ACP and PVDF ACP. The core materials can be classified as general waste, recycled plastics, advertising materials, fire-resistant materials, or pure materials. In terms of the color of the ACP’s surface, there are metallic, solid (pure color), wood, mirror, gloss, and pearl.
ACP panel can be used as poster boards and sign boards by UV printing. When used as the decorative sheet of interior walls and curtain wall panels, the ACP panel can be 3mm or 4mm in thickness.
The standard sizes of ACPs are 1220mm*2440mm and 1500mm*3050mm.
